We close on the 10th of December 2021 for Holidays. Last orders will be the 6th of December 2021. We open again on the 11th of January 2022. Hope you all have a good new year.

Shipping And Returns

We give an indication of delivery estimates next to each product. If your product is going to be later than the estimate for any reason, we will let you know immediately.

All products are delivered via our preferred courier service, and must be signed for.  Shipping is free if you spend R500 or more, and R80 for orders under R500.  E-vouchers are delivered via email and delivery is free

Returns and refunds

Faulty/damaged goods: please let us know immediately (within 3 days) if your product has been wrongly supplied, damaged in transit or is faulty in any way.  We will then make arrangements to exchange your product. Contact us here

Unwanted items: You may return and receive a refund on products that you are not satisfied with for any reason within 7 days after receipt.  You will however be liable for the return delivery costs to Not the Mall.  If you wish to return an item contact us first please.  No returns will be accepted after this 7 day period.
